PAYE & VAT Assistant (full time and part time options available)
McAleer Jackson are an established and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Omagh Co. Tyrone, with a wide range of corporate and non-corporate clients. Our area of expertise is offering proactive and timely professional tax advice. Due to the continued success of the practice, we are seeking to expand our team and are delighted to be recruiting a PAYE & VAT Assistant.

· Preparation and submission of UK VAT Returns
· Preparation and submission of EU VAT Refunds
· Preparation and submission of UK PAYE & Pensions
· Utilising accounting software such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
· Liaise with clients and HMRC regarding PAYE and VAT queries
· Conducting data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
· Ad hoc duties as and when required
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
· Previous experience of UK VAT
· Previous experience of payroll processing in a computerised payroll environment
· Excellent communication skills for effective client and team collaboration
